This automatic counting and packaging machine is specially developed for disposable dental saliva ejectors (dental suction tubes), a common dental consumable in stomatological clinics. It adopts special designed bin automatic feeding, high-precision photoelectric counting sensor and PLC+HMI integrated control system, which can automatically complete product sorting, fixed-quantity counting, bag making, heat sealing, date coding and finished product cutting in one continuous workflow.
The whole machine frame and contact parts with products are made of SUS304 stainless steel, complying with medical hygiene standards. It features ultra-high counting accuracy (error rate ≤0.1%), stable running speed, flexible adjustment of single-bag packaging quantity and pouch length, and is equipped with material shortage alarm, wrong counting protection and automatic stop functions to avoid empty bags and missing packages. Widely applied in dental disposable supplies factories for mass standardized packaging of saliva ejectors, effectively replacing manual counting, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor cost and counting errors.
